Lampstand For the room, not just the pulpit
Harvest · Halloween weekend 2026

How did it run from the booth?

Eric, thanks again for everything this weekend. You ran Lampstand's first real Sunday, so you know better than anyone what worked in the booth and what didn't. I'm building the next version around what the production side actually needs, and your honest take is the most useful thing I can get right now.

Short answers are great, and "no idea" is a fine answer. Please be blunt. The stuff that annoyed you is exactly what I need to hear. Your answers save as you go, so you can close this and come back.

Before Sunday

Pack download, run sheet PDF, manuscript PDF, live manuscript page, Tech Guide. Which ones helped, and which did you skip?
Anything you had to ask me for, figure out, or build yourself.
Import, theme, stage layout, center screen hold, testing.
Fonts, backgrounds, notes formatting, slide order. Would a native ProPresenter file you just open beat the PowerPoint route?
e.g. "final deck by Thursday noon, run sheet as a PDF, one link"

During the service

What would have told you?
My iPad through the bridge, your operator, or a mix? Any misfires, double advances, or times someone had to jump in?
Did any clear land at the wrong moment?
Was the "clock should read mm:ss" pace line useful to you in the booth, or only to me?
e.g. "skipping a section," "going long," "cue the band," "I'm wrapping up"
Lights, audio, video, ushers, worship team.
A laptop view showing the cue list live: on screen now, next up, where the preacher is, time left. What has to be on it, and what would be noise?

Your booth, your team

Planning Center, email, a shared folder, a text Saturday night. Where does it usually break?
What would a brand-new volunteer need to see to run a sermon without you?
Would you want the sermon's cues to show up in the service order there, pull the order into Lampstand, or neither?
ProPresenter version, lighting console, and anything else a sermon would need to talk to (Companion, Stream Deck, MIDI, OSC, cameras, livestream).
How often do you have guests, and how painful is that handoff today? Any campus or overflow room that runs the same sermon?

Would Harvest use it?

If your pastor wrote in Lampstand every week, would your Sundays get easier, harder, or about the same?
The church plan would run about $39 a month per campus.Booth view, live ProPresenter control, unlimited team seats, guest preacher links, Planning Center. Gut reaction?
Could you approve it yourself, or does it go to a budget meeting?
